COMMENT/ERR:	    Data of middle section of W1-W2 leg and a second square is miss-
		    ing due to logging problems. Outgoing shortwave radiation channel
		    spurious for unknown reason (-ve value).
BEST HUMIDITY:	    Lyman-alpha (ATD okay also)
